ChequePrinters.in is a free, browser-based tool that helps users format and print cheques for Indian banks. The tool provides text formatting and layout only — it does not issue, validate, or authorise any financial instrument.

3. Permitted Use

You may use this service to:

• Print cheques for your own personal or business use
• Calibrate cheque layouts for your bank and printer
• Bulk print cheques from your own data

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use this service to:

• Create, print, or distribute fraudulent or counterfeit cheques
• Impersonate any bank, institution, or individual
• Violate any applicable law, including the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service

5. Accuracy & Responsibility

ChequePrinters.in formats text at your instruction. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying alignment on plain paper before using real cheque leaves
• Ensuring payee names, amounts, and dates are correct
• Compliance with your bank's cheque printing requirements
• Any legal or financial consequences arising from cheque printing

We are not responsible for printing errors, misalignment, or rejected cheques.

6. Intellectual Property

ChequePrinters.in and its underlying tool are owned by ZeroKit. Bank names and logos referenced in the tool are trademarks of their respective owners — we use them solely for identification purposes. No bank artwork or trademarked cheque designs are reproduced.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific banking institution's requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChequePrinters.in and ZeroKit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
